The rebuilding of your bathroom will be similar to many. Once a layout and the selection of finishes and fittings are selected the work may begin.
First you will require alternate bathroom facilities. Either you or we can take care of this aspect. Second, the bathroom will be stripped bare.
Then the walls checked for plumb and straightness then realigned. Timbers are installed to carry fixture such as hand rails, toilet systems and suspended vanities.
Services are relocated as required by licensed plumbers and electricians. The floors and walls are then relined with fibre cement sheeting and fixed to manufactures specifications.
This is followed by waterproofing which will create a continuous sealed membrane floor to walls as required by the building code of Australia. The floor may be cement bedded depending on the falls required. Tiles are laid, fixtures installed and shower screens installed as required.
